OSM  Introduction

OSM  come from  Overseas  Call and Billing Management, Normally  this program support 
for International Call  and  working with  Skype Program.  This program  produce for cut  off  the problem
about  how many minutes that the customer has used and how much it ‘s cost  now. OSM ‘s still  the  satisfaction 
for International customers so they can trust  the  Overseas Call   agents  and get rid of  any problem.
OSM  make the  International  Call  agents  are  believable  for customer.

The Basic Needs
 1. CPU  486 or higher
 2. RAM  128 M (At least)
 3. OS Windows, XP, Vista  System
 4. Skype Software v. 3.8  upper and add credit  at least us$ 25
 5. Slip Printer  / Serial Epson  model
 6. If need 2 monitors at the same time add more VGA card Ram 8 MB upper

How it works
 When using the  OSM Program  it  will be dial up to Skype when the telephone is connecting 
OSM will catch the time recorder  and calculate the  phone fee  when the phone hang up  the price will
show at the monitor.  OSM will record  the detail such as the duration , the phone number  so the agent can check details.

Step by step How to 
 Chapter 1   Installation  OSM
   1.1Download   from  www.341mac.com      
   1.2 Run program Setup.exe. and step by step as suggestion
   1.3 When finish the program will show at the desktop and Program File\OSM
   1.4 Set up Skype  from www.skype.com and run by process
   1.5 Add credit at Skype program for dial up the telephone
  OSM will calculate the phone charge with profit from cost of skype

 Chapter 2  using
   2.1 Run OSM from Desktop or Start\Program\File\OSM
   2.2 put the telephone number and press ENTER  or using mouse 
     2.3 User can change the rate by press at Program\Rate

 Chapter 3 Uninstall
   3.1 Go to Control Panel \ Add and Remove Program select OSM and press Uninstall
